MembraZLDu2122is INFRACORPu2019s patented, fully non-thermal Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) platform engineered to achieve >95% water recovery from complex industrial wastewater streams without relying on evaporation ponds or oversized crystallizers.
The system integrates INFRACORP HCROu2122 ultra-high pressure membranes, selective nanofiltration, and optimized solid management to create a compact, energy-efficient, and sustainable ZLD solution.
- HCROu2122 technology( Act as brine Concentrator ) can concentrate brines to extreme salinities u2014 up to 120,000u2013150,000 mg/L NaCl equivalent u2014 far beyond conventional RO limits.
- In combination with targeted thermal or mechanical crystallization, MembraZLDu2122 enables brine concentration to >300,000 mg/L TDS (full NaCl saturation), achieving 95u201399% total water recovery.
