OVERVIEW
MembraZLD™is InfraCorp’s patented, fully non-thermal Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) platform engineered to achieve >95% water recovery from complex industrial wastewater streams without relying on evaporation ponds or oversized crystallizers.
The system integrates InfraCorp HCRO™ ultra-high pressure membranes, selective nanofiltration, and optimized solid management to create a compact, energy-efficient, and sustainable ZLD solution.
- HCRO™ technology( Act as brine Concentrator ) can concentrate brines to extreme salinities — up to 120,000–150,000 mg/L NaCl equivalent — far beyond conventional RO limits.
- In combination with targeted thermal or mechanical crystallization, MembraZLD™ enables brine concentration to >300,000 mg/L TDS (full NaCl saturation), achieving 95–99% total water recovery.
The hybrid process minimizes crystallizer duty, reduces energy consumption, and delivers reliable solid separation for true ZLD

MembraZLD™ is InfraCorp’s patented, non-thermal ZLD system that delivers over 95% water recovery from complex, high-TDS industrial wastewater streams—without evaporation or heavy crystallizer dependency. Utilizing InfraCorp’s proprietary HCRO™ (High-Concentration Reverse Osmosis) technology, the system integrates ultra-high pressure membranes, HiSep™ UltraFiltration or selective nanofiltration, and optimized solids management to provide a compact, energy-efficient, and sustainable solution for challenging high-TDS wastewaters. When the recovery is reaching to a very high level ,the scaling ions and organics are concentrated to a high level too ,along with ultra high pressure they can impinge on the membrane surface at a high force .to avoid the membrane fouling ,InfraCorp has developed a BrinePure™ technology to refine the brine and avoiding the membrane fouling risk.
